160 Madison Ave is a luxury residential tower located between East 32nd and 33rd street in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Construction on the tower broke ground in 2013 and reached completion in 2015 after topping out at 43 floors. UBS began shed construction in January 2014 and hoist installation a month later in February. Three sidewalk bridges were put up all with site fence on the interior and barriers on the exterior. The bridge on Madison Ave was 8 ft high and 200 ft long with 1 high section and a truck gate. The bridge on 32nd street was 16 ft high and 30 ft long with a truck gate. The 33rd street bridge was 8 ft high and 200 ft long with 2 high sections and truck gates. A 7,000 lb. capacity dual hoist was installed on the tower, which serviced from the cellar up to the 43rd floor, covering a total of 464 ft.
