Douglaston Development’s fourth and final tower on the Williamsburg waterfront, designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, topped out March 16, 2017 at 2 North 6th Place. The 40-story buildin, called “Level”, spans more than half a million square feet and holds 554 rental apartments.
UBS provided two dual hoists on a common platform for construction access during the erection of this luxury waterfront property.
