220 Central Park South

Architect Robert A.M. Stern’s 66-story high-rise, 220 Central Park South, faces Central Park and is touted as NYC’s most expensive address. The building contains 87 condos and is clad in a limestone facade. It is currently the 10th tallest building in NYC.

UBS provided a specialty “mammoth” hoist for facade deliveries, as well as UBS’ s standard common platforms with multiple personnel/material hoists.
