Two sidewalk bridges were constructed on-site, one on East 30th Street the other on Fifth Ave. The 30th street bridge was 16 ft high and 140 ft long, including two-man gates and sliding gates. The Fifth Ave bridge was 16 ft high and 100 ft long, including four sliding gates and two-man gates. Both sidewalk bridges had plywood fencing on the interior and a plywood chain-link combo fence on the exterior. Two months after shed construction began, a 7,000 lb capacity dual hoist was installed in February of 2017. This hoist provided service from the common platform on the ground floor, all the way up to the 50th floor, covering a total of 642 ft.
