3 WTC was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Rogers to be respectful to the World Trade Center Memorial Plaza that sits across the street. Rising to 1,079 feet with 80 stories, the central zone of the building reduces in mass as it rises towards the sky in order to better complement the surrounding public space. Its design allow for 360-degree panoramic views of NYC.
3 WTC is currently the fifth tallest building in NYC and is a LEED-certified Gold office tower.
