30 East 29th Street, New York, NY, USA

30 East 29th street is the address of the site where the residential tower is being built in the Rose Hill neighborhood of NoMad, for which the tower is named after. Rose Hill will eventually top out at 45 stories and will rise to 605 ft upon completion. UBS began construction of sidewalk bridge and fencing in October of 2018. The sidewalk bridge is 16 ft high and 140 ft long on 29th street and also has 8 ft high plywood and mesh fencing in the interior. There are two separate hoists on-site at Rose Hill. The first is a dual hoist tower running a 7,000 lb. car from the cellar up to the 45th floor. This hoist tower covers 800 ft of service. The second hoist is a single material hoist. This hoist runs a 3,000 lb. car from the ground floor down to the sub-cellar, covering 30 ft of service.
