Located at the corner of West Sixth and Guadalupe Streets, 321 West Sixth Street tops out at over 650’ and will be one of the tallest buildings in Austin, Texas.
Through its Partnership Program, UBS began installation of its proprietary mega-leg common platform in December of 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in 2024.
The UBS common platform has been designed to receive four high speed hoist cars, and will act as the primary hub for personnel and material loading on the project. After the initial installation of the first four levels of platform, the remainder of the platform will be erected through the use of crane picked modules (pods), greatly increasing the safety and efficiency of the installation.
