430 East 58th street is located in Manhattan’s Sutton place neighborhood and is the site of a future residential skyscraper. The future skyscraper is just a stone’s throw away from the East River and only a few blocks south of the Ed Kock Queensboro Bridge. Construction finally took off in 2018 after a few years of push back from neighborhood residents. Once completed the skyscraper will top out at 69 stories and rise above 800 ft.
